Do you offer email delivery?

Sci7 does not offer email delivery for clients.
We find that the majority of our customers prefer to send emails themselves allowing them to independently assess the performance of our products and to use their existing systems for message preparation and tracking. For customers requiring a delivery service we can make recommendations of suitable third parties. If clients require advice on setting up their own systems for the sending, tracking and managing of email Sci7 is able to provide that service.

Can we have a discount?

Customers committing to a significant level of purchasing over a period of time, and those requiring lists for multiple use may be eligible for discounts.

Are your emails validated?

Yes. All emails are validated before supply to ensure, as far as is practicable, that all contact details supplied are functional at the time of supply.

Do you hold job titles for your contacts?

No. We are able to selectively supply senior individuals eg. Director, Professor, CEO, CSO, CTO etc. Our selection processes are generally much finer than is possible using job titles.

Can you supply a sample?

Yes. We can supply samples in a range of formats depending on your requirements.

Can you supply your product as a .csv, Excel, .tsv, or XML file.

Yes. We will provide you with our product in any format you require, including custom formats specified by clients.
